Payments are due at the time of booking or invoicing;
Fees are non-refundable once services are rendered;
Missed appointments may be forfeited without refund;
Rescheduling requests should be submitted at least 24 hours in advance.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for unpaid balances.
