6. Client Responsibilities

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of booking or invoicing;

Coaching sessions and consulting services are billed in U.S. dollars;

Late payments may result in paused or terminated services.

Refund Policy

Because coaching and consulting services involve time-based professional services and reserved scheduling capacity:

Completed sessions are non-refundable;

Missed appointments without required notice are non-refundable;

Digital products, workshops, and downloadable resources may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

If a client believes a billing issue occurred, we encourage direct communication before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Chargeback and Payment Dispute Policy

Clients agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve billing concerns directly with Key on Harmony before filing disputes with banks or payment providers.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

Immediate termination of services;

Collection efforts for unpaid balances;

Documentation submission to payment processors demonstrating acceptance of these Terms and service usage.

8. Scheduling, Cancellation, and Rescheduling

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments on time.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be forfeited without refund;

Repeated missed sessions may result in service termination.

We understand emergencies may occur and may make reasonable exceptions at our discretion.
